Name: Charlie B. Barkins
Age: 25 in dog years
Basic Appearance: Charlie is a german shepherd collie mix with two black dots underneath his eyes. His right ear has a few nicks and he always wears a blue pocket watch around his neck.

Personality: Charlie is a carefree dog who loves to gamble and live life at its fullest. He has a con man's charm and is very clever, although sometimes he gets himself neck deep into trouble. Despite his bad influence of a personality, Charlie treats people fairly and is loyal to those he is close to.
History: After the events of the first All Dogs Go to Heaven, Charlie was sent to heaven. That is until he grew bored of heaven and once again cheated death by returning to earth. Now, instead of starting a casino again, he travels around places gambling and having "fun".
Family: unknown parents, brother to Flo and uncle of her pups.
Friends: Itchy Itchiford, Anne Marie
Enemies: Carface
Sample Post: Charlie sat on a fluffy cloud, looking down jealously at the earth below him. How he longed to be down there again, back in New Orleans. He sighed. He knew he had done the right thing, saving Anne Marie's life. But he wanted his own. To feel the rush of gambling, the thrill of poker...Everything.
Suddenly, he spotted something he swore he would never see again. On his far right side floated a blue pocket watch. His eyes widened. How could it have made it back to heaven?! He raced over and grabbed it with a tan paw, eagerly opening it up. And it still worked too! Excitement blazed in his eyes. He stopped. Was he really going to do what he was about to do? He paused a little longer, then quickly rewinded it as fast as he could. Heck yes! He was finally going to get his old life back!
