(A reboot of Down on the Farm.)
Mooch walked along the side of the barn. The cool pup had a toothpick in his mouth and he gave a grin, leaning against the barn, thinking he looked cooler than the other side of the pillow.
"Just standin' here looking cool!" He mused.

A small brown mouse ran through the tall grass, she wore a red cloak around her and carried a basket in her arms, "This isn't Mr.Fitzgibbon's farm! Oh! I do hope the children are alright," she thought. The mouse's name was Mrs.Brisby, she had gotten lost on the path as she was desperately looking for her children, she had feared for their safety that they might've gotten lost trying to look for her or worse....killed. Horrid thoughts surged through her mind as she continued through the tall grass. Noticing a long pipe that went up to the upper level of the barn, she quickly looked around to make sure the coast was clear and scurried up the pipe, she then looked down and saw a gray dog relaxing against the barn. Brisby then thought, "I wonder if he'll be able to hear me," As she then called out, "Excuse me! Hello? I don't mean to interrupt, but would you be able to help me?,"

Dipstick sat near Mooch as always. With a doofy grin plastered on his face, the silly pup had become lost in thought and begun daydreaming. Hmmm....he could sure go for a good soup bone right now. Hadn't he buried some last week? Where were they? In the garden? .... Hm, no. He'd looked there. Well maybe they were over by the old windmill. No wait, maybe he'd actually buried them under the wagon. No-one would ever think to look there! He had just begun to open his mouth to voice the suggestion that maybe they go hang out at the wagon when a voice overhead made his head snap up. He saw the lady mouse scurrying overhead and immediately became excited. He jumped to his feet, barking happily. "Look Mooch!! Mooch look!!! Look it's a mouse!! It's a mouse, let's chase it!! I bet it's fun!!" He barked a few more times and ran in circles, looking up at Mrs. Brisby with a grin and wagging his dipstick tail.

The barking from the dalmatian pup had nearly caused Brisby to lose her balance on the pipe. Brisby grabbed onto the pipe to prevent herself from falling as she then said, "Please! I don't mean to startle you, I'm only looking for my children. It is very important that I find them," Brisby said to the two dogs, "I wish you no harm," she added.

((I swear I thought this was Freckles's account... Oh well, I'll change it njext time XP))
"Hold on right there, bro!" A Freckled pup called out to Dpstick. "The lady clearely doesn't mean any harm." she said, as she carefully picked up the female mouse and put her back on her legs. "I am sorry." Freckles said, "Are you hurt?" the pup looked down and sniffed the mouse a slight bit. "You are not from around here, or are you? I haven't seen any child that isn't a dog around here."

Dipstick stopped running, but sat down, staring with a goofy wide-eyed grin as Freckles set the mouse on the ground. After half-listening to her words, he tilted his head a little, still grinning. "Can we chase her now?"

"No, I'm alright, thank you dear," Brisby replied with a smile, "I'm desperately in need of help, I'm looking for my children and I'm very worried about them, I fear they might have gotten lost or killed! Oh dear! What if Dragon ate them?!," As Brisby said these words she wept tears and had a look of sadness on her face, "I'm very frightened, please help me, I don't know what to do," Brisby cried out in a plea.

Mooch padded over to the side of Dipstick and planted his rear on the ground. Tilting his own head to the side, the dog stared at the mouse and frowned. He wanted to chase the mouse as well but he wasn't as dimwitted as Dipstick. This mouse needed help, Mooch knew that, he just didn't give a crap.
Lying down on the ground, he snorted. "Why should we help you?"

"Please!," Brisby pleaded, clasping her hands together as tears streamed from her eyes, "I'll do anything! Just please help me find my children," Brisby looked up at Mooch with a look of sadness in her deep vivid blue eyes, "I beg you, it would break my heart completely if I lost my children, have some sort of decency,"

Dipstick stared at Mrs. Brisby, still grinning. "Uhhh...will you let us chase you?" He lowered the front half of his body to the ground, wagging his tail playfully. Staring at the mouse through wide, playful eyes and a happy smile. He didn't remember seeing any mice other than her but...he may very well have chased them away. He loved chasing squirrels and mice.

Brisby wiped her tears, she looked at Dipstick, "Listen, I know you are trying to be friendly and playful, but this is a serious matter, I'm very concerned for my children," Brisby said to Dipstick, "If you would kindly help me, I will glady offer you a reward of some sort, I don't have much but it's the least I can do,"

Dipstick tilted his head. "Well....I haven't seen your kids Lady Mouse." He wagged his tail. "How would you go about finding them anyway? They're so tiny. A lot smaller than you I bet!" Mice had some sort of weird cornchip smell. He never had been too fond of it. Did baby mice smell worse? Did they smell like corn chips like adult mice? Cuz Lady Mouse kinda smelled like one...

"Well, they are small yes, but we must have faith," Brisby replied, "I know we will be able to find them, wherever my children are, I only hope they are safe," Brisby looked at the sky as she clasped her hands together.

Jewel stuck her head out of a bushel of hay, a sleepy but irritated expression on her face.
"What's all this barking 'bout?" she half growled, half barked, and mumbled as she looked around at the black and white dog, and two brown blobs slowly began to form into coherent shapes of another canine and small rodent. She set her deep brown glare upon them, as if accusing them of the ruckus. She then turned to her blood brother, Dipstick. His doofy grin was in place. She shook stay, straws of high from her short furred pelt, and stepped away from the golden bale of animal fodder, cocking her head to the side. An expectant glint was in her eyes, asking as to why she was woken up from her nap under the nice sun.

Dipstick looked up at Jewel, his doofy expression never changing. He tilted his head slightly. "Well....this mouse keeps talking and.....I just wanna chase her." He let it go at that, as if that were enough of an explanation, and wagged his tail. "....Oh yeah, and uh...she said she lost her kids...or something.." He added after a moment.
