This was a tough choice between Wizzer/Tito for me. So I chose to do Wizzer as my next character.
Name: Tito
Age: early to mid 30's in people years.
Basic Appearance: Tito is a brown Chihuahua with brown eyes. He has a notch on his left ear that no one really seems to know what happened. He also has a Orange head tuft and wears a dark green Bandanna.
Film: Oliver and Company

Personality: He is a cool Chihuahua that is very supportive of his friends especially Dodger. You could always rely on Tito to be on your side if he considers you family.
History: Growing up on the streets of New York as a little orphaned Chihuahua didn't do him any favors. A long time back he had met Dodger and Rita and the others in a dog pound before he had met Fagin. Fagin had busted them out and created his own little family.
Soon after he met Oliver. He really liked Oliver he thought of him as his little brother. To this very day he tries to see Oliver as much as he can as long as Georgette doesn't dress him as a Sailor again.
Family: No one that he really remembers. His gang is HIS FAMILY.
Friends: Dodger, Rita, Einstein, Jenny, Oliver, Fagin, Francis, Georgette, Danielle(Well since she's new to the pack why wouldn't he consider her one of his friends? After he gets to meet her of course.
Enemies: Roscoe , Desoto, Sykes
Sample Post: Tito walks down the streets he adjusted his Bandanna . Georgette had just dressed him up yet again but this time as a Ballerina. Tito could not be more humiliated if he tried. He had managed to ditch the costume down a sewer and ran like hell. He saw Dodger his best bud. Now, if only he didn't find out about this experience.
Dodger was the type who would rag on him for a very long time if he knew something like that.
