(January 5th. Open to all villains in or visiting Nome.)
Strong clawed paws carried a large black wolf across the snow. Niju's dark blue eyes darted back and forth as he neared the edge of a small village. He scrunched up his nose as a familiar scent hit his nose. Man. He snarled at the sight of the strange two-legged creatures walking through the town. If there was one thing he hated more than mutts it was humans.
But that wasn't why he had traveled here. He had come to find and dispose of that disgusting wolf dog Balto. It was because of him he wasn't the leader of his pack right now. He crept along in the shadows of the town, accidently causing a garbage can to fall over. Damn it he cursed silently.

He was out of Nome for once, walking about the outskirts of town and brooding, brooding about his loss to Balto and how Jenna had ruined his moves he was making towards the pups. It was maddening. Ears flicked back angrily, blue orbs narrowing. Black furred canine grew angrier and angrier the more he thought about it.
He spotted someone in the distance. Another black canine figure.
"You there!" he called, "Who's out there?"

Niju spun around and drew his lips up into a snarl. The last thing he wanted was some dog spotting him. "What do you want?" he growled in hostility, his fur bristling in aggression. But then an idea came to the wolf's mind. Maybe he could find out a little more about this town from this canine. He let his fur lay back down
"You live here, no?" he asked, narrowing his eyes. "What is your name?"

A wolf. He gave his own toxic snarl and braced his paws to the side. Yes he was smaller than the wolf but Steele had some fight in him. Yet the wolf asked him a question. He was a brute but he wasn't rude...always.
"Yeah," he mused, "I live here. The name's Steele, wolf." Blue optics narrowed. "Who are you? What are you doing so close to town? Come to see Balto your halfbreed brother?" he gave a slick challenging grin.

"Don't you dare call me related to that filth!" he shot back, baring his teeth in rage. He paused for a moment. Balto. He had said his name. He must know him. He straightened up, putting his chin up in pride. "I am Niju, the rightful leader of the pack beside the ocean." He let out a small growl. "That is, I was before your little friend and his daughter came and ruined it." He looked at the husky and interest. "And you know this Balto, right?"
He could see it now, himself at his enemy's throat, the screaming and wailing of the rest of his brood. He closed his eyes in happiness as he pictured the thought. He opened his eyes and snapped back to reality. "Well? Do you or do you not?" he asked impatiently.

(sorry this took me so long ^^'')
Steele snickered and grinned at the wolf's reaction. Clearly he hated Balto too. His ears flicked upward, intrigued by the bigger animal's reaction. He grinned again, giving the wolf a a laugh. "Don't call him my friend," he said softly, "I hate that half breed wolf dog."
He paced back and forth around the wolf, a smile on his maw. Tail swishing back and forth, tongue licking his chops.
"Yeah I know him," he said, "And his mate and his pups." His eyes narrowed. "I take it your not his biggest fan either?"

Niju's ears flicked up. "He has more pups?" he said, suddenly interested. This was all too perfect. He could simply strike the wolf dog where it hurt most. His family. He clawed at the snow beneath his paws in irritation. Evn though he had a plan, he still didn't know his way around the town, or where Balto even lived.
Then another idea came to his mind. He let out a low growl. I can't believe I'm stooping this low... He thought. "Say...How about we make a deal?" Niju asked the dog slowly, his stormy eyes narrowing. The wolf lashed his tail. "I hate Balto, and you obviously do too, so what do you think of teaming up to disposing him and the rest of his brood? Think about it. You have the smarts, and I have the power."
Niju wasn't happy about teaming up with the dog, but desperate times called for desperate measures.
