Name: Tod
Age: A few months old
Basic Appearance: Tod is a small, fluffy fox kit with bright red fur, black tipped ears, and a white muzzle, chest, and white-tipped fluffy tail. His paws are a darker shade of red. The fur on the top of Tod's head is also noticeably scruffier than the rest of his fur.
Film: The Fox and the Hound, The Fox and the Hound 2

Personality: Tod is a naive young fox and very curious. He is rather friendly and adventurous, always ready to have fun with his friends. He is also loyal to his friends, but he is headstrong and tends to think before he acts. Due to his lack of understanding of how nature works, Tod has a tendency to make friends with animals that he shouldn't... like dogs.
History: When Tod was a young kit, his mother was killed by a hunter and he was abandoned. He was able to survive because an owl by the name of Big Mama found him and led a woman known as Widow Tweed to him. From there, Tod was taken in by Widow Tweed and raised as her son of sorts. When he grew older, Tod befriended a puppy named Copper and became his best friend. Little did he realize that Copper was the puppy of a hunter and that he would eventually be trained to hunt wild animals. After a particularly close call where he was almost killed by Copper's owner, Amos Slade, Tod was forbidden to be on Slade's property and so his interaction with Copper was limited somewhat.
Despite that, Copper and Tod continued to play together and continued being friends. When the county fair came, Tod and Copper decided to go and see it. There they met a singing group known as the Singin' Strays, and much to Tod's surprise Copper was recruited by them to be a replacement singer for them. It put a strain on their friendship that led to Tod befriending Dixie, the singer that had recently quit the group, and led to him helping her try to get her spot in the singing group back. Unfortunately their attempt to do so led to Copper being kicked out of the band when they found out he wasn't a stray and it put more of a strain on their friendship.
To make up for it, Tod brought Copper the hat of a talent scout and helped him get the Singin' Strays back together. Much to Tod's relief, Copper revealed that he wouldn't be going with the Singin' Strays and the two made up. Now Tod spends his days playing with Copper and just having fun in general.
Family: Unknown
Friends: Copper, Dixie, Cash, Waylon, Floyd, and Widow Tweed
Enemies: Chief and Amos Slade
Sample Post: The sun was up, his belly was full of a good breakfast, and Tod was already making his way into the forest to meet with Copper. They had decided to sneak away from their respected homes so that they wouldn't be caught. It would make things easier for them, especially since there was plenty of room in the forest for the pair to play. There was also plenty of things for them to do. They could play hide and seek, or go swimming, or even play tag. Tod felt his fur tingling with excitement. He could hardly wait for his puppy friend to appear so they could play.
So, there Tod sat waiting for Copper. His tail curled around his body as he adjusted his position. It wouldn't be long now. Copper would come bounding forward to meet him at any moment. Any minute now.
